  • $1 million discrimination/human rights settlement administration in re: Pigford v. Glickman and U.S. Department of Agriculture, Case No.. 97-19788 in the District Court for the District of Columbia (1999), which alleged racial bias against African American farmers in allocating farm loans and financial assistance between 1981 and 1996. 
  • Working with the US District Court for the District of Columbia on the $3.4 billion Cobell land settlement (2009); a class-action lawsuit brought by Elouise Cobell and other Native American representatives in 1996 against the U.S. Department of Interior and the Department of the Treasury for the mismanagement of Indian trust funds.
  • Providing notices for the Vitamins Antitrust Litigation vs. Animal Science Products to the purchasers of choline chloride between 1988 and 1998, which went before the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia in 2009.
