Scott M. Fenwick, who serves as Heffler Claims Group’s Chief of Operations, has more than 10 years of hands-on experience in strategic planning, business unit development, project and product management, and professional development of client service teams.

As our Chief of Operations, Scott will be working closely with our leadership team in meeting Heffler’s growth goals and will have overall strategic and operational responsibility for implementing a more fully integrated approach across project teams, various domains and our information technology group, with the goal of further enhancing our client service.  Scott is responsible for staffing within our operations group, evaluating our processes to make them more efficient and scalable, and analyzing our internal structure throughout the organization.

Prior to joining Heffler Claims Group, Scott worked for a nationally recognized claims administration firm as Client Services Director. His experience includes management and oversight of successful project execution functions for Class Action and Mass Tort, fostering a positive team culture with accountability and a focus on employee development, maximizing staff utilization and productivity, and overall responsibility for client service productivity.

Prior to working in the Class Action field, Scott worked in the Retirement industry as a Plan Administration Manager for RSM McGladrey Retirement Resources and as a Specialist/Account Manager  for Minnesota Life.  He also previously served as a golf professional with two Minnesota based golf clubs.
