Nicole is responsible for providing solutions and exceptional client service to class members for each case Heffler Claims Group handles. Nicole supports all levels of management and has strong computer literacy and communication skills.

Prior to Heffler Claims Group, Nicole was a Call Center Representative for The Carney Group, where she was responsible for scheduling and documentation verification. Previously, she has also held numerous positions as a Clerk for Einstein Hospital, The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Mercy Haverford Hospital.
