Joseph Mahan is a Client Service Manager and responsible for overseeing personnel and procedures in class action matters.  He is involved in all aspects of the process, from working with Counsel to develop and distribute notices and claim forms, claim calculations and audits, to supervising correspondence and the distribution of funds to claimants.

Joseph has been with Heffler Claims Group since 2008, where he served as an Intern, assisting with the filing of claims and data entry.

He attended the University of Delaware and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
