Jonathan Shaffer serves as Client Service Manager for Heffler Claims Group.  In this capacity, Jonathan manages a diverse Client Services team and consults with clients on a variety of matters to include consumer, government, securities, antitrust and employment.  Jonathan specializes in creating the best client and class member experience possible while streamlining processes to reduce time and costs associated with the project.  With several years in the realms of Project Management, Legal and Customer Service, Jonathan is the perfect fit to manage any project assigned.

Jonathan is no stranger to managing the many high profile and complicated actions trusted to Heffler such as Slattery v. The United States, Carter v. Taurus International, Reyes v. Zions First National Bank, Knapp v., White v. Rust-Oleum, Machlan v. Procter & Gamble and Martin v. Starbucks to name a  few.

Prior to joining Heffler Claims Group, Jonathan served as Client Experience Project Manager for Language Services Associates (LSA).  In this position he managed multiple projects to improve client experience and increase efficiencies.  Over the course of his tenure at LSA Jonathan reduced implementation costs by 75%; head the department’s effort to achieve ISO Certification; managed the migration of client account programming to a new cloud platform; created detailed company-wide Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) used as training guides by clients and employees.

Jonathan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Legal Studies from Temple University. He enjoys riding motorcycles, hiking, target shooting, and spending time with his family and friends.
