Edward (“Ed”) Radetich, III, who has more than 11 years of industry experience, serves as a Contact Center Director for Heffler Claims Group. Ed has extensive experience supervising our in-house enterprise contact center and our business services sector, where he is responsible for supervising our professionally trained live agents. In this role, Ed ensures the contact center successfully maintained a cost-effective and 24/7 interactive voice response (IVR) service and recognized the need to quickly scale the contact center to handle the specific needs of any case, ranging from 5 to 10,000 per day.

Ed is also responsible for several aspects of Heffler’s mass tort claims processing, interfacing with attorney clients, overseeing professional staff and managing the administration of class action matters. Ed, who has vast experience with the nuances involved in creating, implementing and succeeding at client retention programs, is responsible for the overall operation of the Mass Tort Intake team. Additionally, Ed personally participates in the in-depth training of the staff in complex medical and quasi-legal matters implicated in mass tort intake.

Prior to becoming the Contact Center Director, Ed worked as a Senior Claims Analyst for Heffler Claims Group, specializing in antitrust and securities litigations. Ed holds a bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University.
