HF Media Approach

‘Next-level Notice’ —

We have an eye on the latest legal decisions and apply the most advanced media, technology and software to bring our clients highly targeted, cost-efficient media relevant notice.

Unlike any other legal notification company, HF Media understands that developing an effective, reasonably calculated Notice program now means that outreach efforts need to be “media relevant” – targeting the right audience and using the right media, at the right level of reach, at the right time.

HF Media’s Approach Involves:

  • Research – understanding the rigors of Rule 23 and government regulatory actions, HF conducts detailed audience research, using ‘best in practice tools’ concerning product use, media preference, geographical distribution, currently available outreach capability (direct mail, email) and other common audience characteristics.
  • Media Use – Based on the research, HF then identifies the most ‘relevant’ media outreach methods to provide notice to class members.  This may take the form of magazine ads, broadcast commercials, online ads, mobile ads, social media mentions, or press releases. It may also take the form of high impact notice, placed in-stores, on products, articles in blogs, tweets or other channels where the target audience is most likely to see it.
  • Privacy – HF applies technology that ensures our online media programs are compliant with the highest level of industry standards in regards to online privacy.
  • Expert Testimony – Jeanne Finegan, APR has testified in Federal Court proceedings, given expert witness depositions and spoken at judicial conferences. Additionally, the HF Media team regularly authors detailed reports for the Courts, describing and detailing research and implementation of highly complex notice programs.  Jeanne and her team have received numerous accolades from Courts nationwide.
