Heffler Claims Group (“Heffler”), a leader in class action claims administration, is proud to announce that Emily Scheu will be joining HF Media’s highly experienced team of legal notice media experts as a senior media planner and buyer.
Emily brings extensive digital media experience to HF Media’s nationally recognized media team. She has more than 11 years of legal notice media experience working on high profile matters, which include integrated strategies for cross-platform media legal notice campaigns.
Additionally, Emily works with the noticing team to manage and implement notice plans to ensure that they are compliant with Federal Rules of Civil Procedure Rule 23 and that they are tailored in style and form to class member preferences.
HF Media Group LLC is proud to announce the recent hire of Paul Jepsen as a Legal Communications and Graphics Specialist. Paul has established expertise in legal document and graphic design. He has an extensive range of experience within the legal industry including jury and trial research, trial presentation strategies, social media research, and exhibit and document editing, data basing, and administration.
Paul is a formatting and editing specialist who ensures notices are not only compliant, but that they surpass the standards by implementing his knowledge and skill-set to create notices pertinent to class members. More, Paul is a certified Trial Director trainer who has worked on numerous cases as a trial technician and research technician across the country. He is skilled in graphic design, demonstrative exhibits, trial graphics, producing and editing trial related video, and document preparation, annotation, and live presenting.

Paul’s past experience has mainly focused on Civil and Criminal defense including mock trials, arbitrations, mediations, jury trials, and bench trials. His case experience extends into intellectual property, antitrust, trademark and trade dress, asbestos, insurance, professional malpractice, employment, construction, and criminal defense. Paul has worked on numerous large scale and high profile cases such as United States of America v. Don Blankenship, Continuant v. Avaya, and Wielinkski v. Colgan Air, Pinnacle Airlines, and Continental Airlines.
Paul attended University of St. Thomas with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in inter-disciplinary business.
