Research – understanding the rigors of Rule 23 and government regulatory actions, HF conducts detailed audience research, using ‘best in practice tools’ concerning product use, media preference, geographical distribution, currently available outreach capability (direct mail, email) and other common audience characteristics.
Media Use – Based on the research, HF then identifies the most ‘relevant’ media outreach methods to provide notice to class members. This may take the form of magazine ads, broadcast commercials, online ads, mobile ads, social media mentions, or press releases. It may also take the form of high impact notice, placed in-stores, on products, articles in blogs, tweets or other channels where the target audience is most likely to see it.
