What are your responsibilities at Heffler?

As a contact center agent, I communicate and attend to the needs of the clients as well as team members that need assistance with special projects or call campaigns.

What is the most interesting aspect of your job?

Getting to interact, encourage and bring a smile to a caller’s face without ever meeting them in person.

What is something that would surprise people about you?

I have always wanted to write a series of children’s books.

What motivates you?

Helping others always motivates me.

What do you like most about working at Heffler?

I cannot sum it up there are so many positive aspects.
