Heffler’s Free Resources for 2018 Class Action Practitioners

The Heffler Team is excited to continue our growth and success in to the new year. But before we do, we would like to thank our partners and clients, whom we are excited to see grow along with us. To say thank you, we put together our most popular free, class action resources and our most exciting firm news in one 2018 wrap-up page.

In 2018, Heffler offered free resources to class action practitioners of all experience levels. With significant industry changes such as amendments to Rule 23, and procedural guidance changes from the Northern District of California, we believe it’s important that our partners and clients are armed with the most current and accurate information.

Our experts teamed up this year to bring new case studies and free CLE webinars available for download whenever you need them. We covered the basics of setting up a contact center for your class action, and the risks of working with third-party claims filers

And if there’s a topic we haven’t covered about class action settlement administration, let us know. Heffler Partners are always available to answer questions or help you navigate obstacles. We hope to continue adding industry-leading talent to our team to better serve our partners and clients.

We look forward to working with you in 2019!
