Christopher Walsh is a project manager with Heffler Claims Group. He has extensive experience managing the administration of class action settlements along with over five years experience as a practicing attorney in the class action field.
Prior to joining Heffler Claims Group, Christopher served as a senior project manager for The Garden City Group (GCG) where he managed several high profile securities and consumer class action settlements. While at GCG, Christopher played a key role in co-managing many large call center projects and was involved in the interviewing and hiring of both claims processors and call center representatives and was also responsible for drafting training materials and conducting training classes.
Christopher is well-versed in every aspect of the claims administration process and has proven expertise in claims processing supervision and call center and mail room management.
His experience as an attorney includes work for class action plaintiff’s firms in Philadelphia and the surrounding region, as well as a large defense firm in New York City. Christopher also spent approximately four years as a staff attorney for a Domestic Relations and Juvenile Judge in Columbus, OH. Given his vast legal background and claims administration experience, Christopher was hired to focus primarily on managing large scale settlements. Christopher’s background gives him the unique ability to work in conjunction with both attorneys and administrative staff alike.
Christopher obtained his bachelor's degree in History from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. where he was a member of the Deans List as well as two honor societies. He obtained his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J. Christopher was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1993.
Christopher is an avid sports fan, runner and a strong advocate for animal adoption.
