Christopher D. Chimicles is responsible for managing the national sales team and driving business development in claims administration for securities, antitrust, consumer and employment class action settlements as well as Securities & Exchange Commission and government enforcement actions.  Christopher helps clients meet settlement administration goals and serve the needs of the class, the court and other stakeholders.

Prior to joining Heffler Claims Group, Christopher served as a senior vice president at Rust Consulting, Inc., where he administered some of the largest securities class action settlements such as Marsh & McLennan ($400 Million).  Previously, he was senior vice-president of the Law Firm Banking Group of RBS Citizens Bank, and worked with class action law firms in the institutional investment management of class action settlement funds, including the $3.2 billion Tyco securities settlement fund.  He was also a senior vice president and managing director of the Law Firm Banking Group at Wachovia Bank.

Christopher holds a master's degree in business administration from Drexel University’s Lebow College of Business and earned a bachelor’s degree in history from Hobart College.  He is active with the National Association of Shareholder and Consumer Attorneys, active politically and a founding member of USA250.

Most recently, Christopher presented on the distribution process and investment management of securities class action settlement funds at the Diaz Reus & Targ Conference in Frankfurt, Germany.  He discussed the various nuances associated with these processes and how European funds can benefit from filing claims.
